After having to return a cement mixer which had developed a fault although only 2 months old, the staff were very keen to help and as I needed to finish a half completed job .They liased with head office and agreed to exchange with a new one, allowing me to finish the job, leaving me and my customer happy. Great service and much appreciated.
Service was ok but got the goods home and everything was broken should have been suspicious of the already opened box

I have purchased a wide range of tools for my workshop spanning back over the past ten years and have always been happy with the products and service. From socket sets to expensive welders I've always been slightly surprised by the range they hold in stock. The parking is sometimes a bit challenging but the guys are always happy to give you a hand carrying goods to your car. Keep up the good work!
