    Street Stream are the best courier service I have ever used, and I have used A LOT of them! They cut out the middle man so you have a relationship with the actual courier delivering your package rather than a call centre somewhere. The benefits of this relationship are numerous.... for a start you no longer have to repeat instructions to the call centre and then the courier (who may well have not received the right message/instructions from the call centre in the first place - Chinese whispers!). Furthermore, the courier is incentivised to deliver your package in a timely and courteous manner as they themselves are reviewed. So the better the service the individual courier provides, the more jobs they will receive (just like how Uber works!). Genius.
