    I have been shipping with this company for a very long time. And have always received very good service. unfortunately my last shipment with them to Dominica was a fiasco. I paid for my shipment the day it was picked up. However, on trying to collect the bill of lading, I was told the barrel could not be released - could not understand why. Eventually I had to make several calls back to London on a mobile phone from Dominica to be told that I did not pay for the shipment - in desperation I said I would pay again by my credit card just to get the goods for my elderly parents - they refused. They only wanted a debit card - this meant another trip to my village and back to Roseau again, got there still not released. Another phone call. got back to London and checked my bank account and YES I did pay them - now have been trying for 3 weeks to get my money and everytime I call they said they are going to do it straight away - today was another call to them and yet again they said straight away. Very disappointed, will not be using again
