   After several years of good cooperation with this company , the last two years there are serious damages to the goods being transferred ( i.e tins containing olive oil) to Yorkshire area . The company claims it is the internal UK transport company’s fault - without taking any corrective actions to this problem and having no responsibility whatsoever towards their customer . It is a pity that with this company’s attitude I will stop sending any goods in future to UK

   UK-GR pick up from several locations without me being able to be present. Everything was arranged, re packaged if needed and brought to me to GR Very efficient and responsive, but without overloading you with too many questions, etc - they actually help to make a move easier. Good communication but only as much as actually needed + very friendly, forthcoming and practical. Would definitely use them again and recommend on.

   It's the same man who's answering the landline and mobile phone. Just try, call the land line and then the mobile, same thing. Pretending to be big and then it's a matter of luck if your boxes will arrive or not. He's only picking up jobs that suit him and which are profitable. If the job is not good he is asking you to call later, the landline is busy or we'll do it tomorrow. There isn't a straight forward response to say " I'm sorry I can't make it." I haven't given any bad reviews before and you can check this from my profile. Just avoid the whole experience.

   I tried to book my moving with asteras. I got an offer a month before my moving date and they told me to call them few days before my moving to verify the date and last details. When I texted them again (7 days before moving) they gave me a different offer (much more expensive). I informed them that my last offer was cheaper and that something is wrong and they suggested that I have to contact Mr. Takis for further details. So I called him and he said that my case will be checked more extensively and they would call me back. They never called me and they were not even answering my calls. I finally had to book with a different Service the last minute!
