   We recently used their services for our house move and had a fantastic experience. Ken and his team took exceptional care of our furniture, ensuring everything was handled as agreed and on time. With a significant amount of belongings and heavy items requiring movement up to four flights of stairs, the three-person team efficiently managed the job. Overall, we had a great experience and would definitely choose them again.

   Used them for a house move, they were fine, so I used them again to move a sofa, price quoted and agreed, then they doubled it as they said they needed 2 men. Paid in advance. Only one man turned up, and nearly 4 hours late. Wasn't allowed to lift, so my parents had to do the lifting their end, and my wife and I had to do the lifting our end. Asked for a refund, they offered £5, that went up to £30, but should have been at least £60 as that was the additional cost for the extra person that never arrived, and i specifically insisted they arrive by 3pm and not to allow my parents to do the lifting. Despite their nice polite replies and apologies, I still have not received any money back, they've had my bank details twice in messages that clearly show they have been read and answered, but they still won't refund me. Very disappointing, and I will never ever use again nor can I recommend

   Used KO Logistics after posting an ad on Rated People for a fairly last minute house move across London. They provided a van and two gentlemen to assist. They arrived punctually, were friendly and courteous and took care with our things. The price was competitive. KO Logistics would be my first port of call if I needed removal services again.

   Having had a run of bad luck with various suppliers I was running a bit paranoid on picking someone to move my house. I trusted Ken from the moment I first met him and I was not wrong. Really professional, customer focused guy who really came through. Really great team, who worked hard both packing up and then moving everything on the day, despite the snow and icy conditions that put the like of Virgin and others off. Ken and the team pushed on all day, never complaining and with plenty of banter that even charmed my parents.

   Cowboy company - do not trust. Broke several items, came with insufficient and inappropriate packing materials. Arrived with a vehicle not suitable for the job resulting in multiple trips, delaying the handing over of the keys. The items that were boxed were not done in a logical order (Grass seed, shoes, paper shredder, radio and children's toys all in one box?) and then placed into a random room (the garage?). But most upsetting was that virtually all our furniture was damaged, scratched, gauged, chipped etc and they are refusing to talk about resolving this personally. They claim to be members of BAR when they are not and we have been forced into tackling them through other means.
