   Its a total shame they booked collections to pick from my house they took £20 from me but didn’t book it. Aftwr calling them again n again they book via fake things i don’t know and they didn’t collect from my house and said they collected here is a video. I called in office there was a freshy dhakaiya he didn’t solve my prblm just hanging up my phone. Also was threatening me to go to their office they will see me is that a joke ! If u can’t give customer service then please don’t play with people. Afterall i would say stay away from them lot. They are scammers

   B Cargo represents "Harassment". Their level of misconduct is extreme, and they show no concern for your package. Their service is too expensive compared to other reliable options. They need to adopt a more professional attitude. I faced numerous difficulties trying to get my parcel from Bangladesh to London. Their demeanour made me feel as though I was at fault for entrusting them with my package. In hindsight, I should have consulted my relatives who live in London before choosing B Cargo.t, I should have consulted my relatives who live in London before choosing B Cargo.

   Today (01/08/2025) my family in Dhaka has received a much needed package that I have sent from the UK using B Cargo. I dropped the package at their London office on 21st July 2025 and in less than a month they delivered the package exactly the way I have sent it. I have heard horror stories that some well known London based cargo companies with horrible customer service takes a long time, in some cases more than 8 months to deliver the packages and even then the packages either have missing or damaged items. So I was very sceptic and hesitant in using B Cargo despite their good reviews. However, everything about B Cargo is excellent. Their customer service is better than most Bangladeshi businesses I have dealt with and their delivery was better than promised. I will be always using them from now on and I would highly recommend them. Thank you B Cargo! Please keep up the good work.

   I handed over my items 22 days ago. After 14 days, I requested tracking details, and I was told the parcel would be delivered last Monday. My family waited the entire day, but nothing arrived. When I followed up, they promised delivery on Wednesday — but it still hasn’t been delivered. Now, they are not responding at all. This has been the worst cargo service experience. I can’t even track the parcel myself.

   Very poor customer service. Extremely rude staff members. Don't believe me? Phone them up and ask a few questions. Do not be fooled by the 5 star reviews, they are probably their friends and family. Take your business elsewhere.
