   This is my first time to use the company. However after paying a total of £700 as I wanted to send my Lorry after paying half of the shipping amount. I received an email from Charlie that he moved to another shipping company named Zebra shipping Ltd and had nothing to do with Luna anymore. I contacted Luna shipping to get my £700 back unfortunately no one is picking the phone. I sent several emails but no response.

   In 2023, common imagination and civilized world will never think and believe that there are still companies like Luna Shipping operating from the Uk towards the world in breaching the basics of International freight Rules, escaping the radar of BIFA(The Leading Body Representing The UK International Freight Services Industry). I would never recommend This company to anyone for my very very bad experience i've endured with them. My contract with Luna was to forward my belongings from A to B with full fees paid in advance what they failed to do, instead they've collected my items, keep them for a month and half then returned them back with damages and missing parts resulting in useless items. The lack of communication from their part especially (Jack Ryan) a total unexperienced and unprofessional employee who does not care about customers(hang off phone on me) called him and the Luna Shipping for more than 20 times, they never bother to call me even once. unfortunately i had no other alternative than to take the case to court and seek compensation.

   Highest Praise to Jack and Matt at Luna Shipping..Finally our 40ft Container loaded with a Vehicle and Household Goods arrived in Harare intact ..Luna Shipping together with their UK Haulier, the Mediterranean Shipping Company and local Agents in Durban and Zimbabwe made this happen in a seamless trouble free way..Using a Marine Tracking Website .We tracked the MSC Container Ship all the way to Durban before the local Agent used the Rail Freight sending the Container to Harare..Therefore we have no trouble in recommending Luna Shipping .
