   Had a really good experience when dealing with this company,,helpfull office and booking experience and more than willing to try and accommodate,,,only tried this company because live locally and have experienced interactions with these drivers and found they appear and come across as a very professional and competent and committed company unlike others I have experienced previously, the fact it is a family run business means I will def be using these guys again

   Had a Colton’s truck driver on the m11 today flash, bib and swear at me all because he couldn’t move lane in heavy traffic. He tried to ram me from behind and could have killed me. Details have been passed to the police and my front and rear dash cams have it all recorded. People like this should not be allowed to drive heavy vehicles in busy roads. Says it all about Coltons as a company if their drivers behave like this with their company branding all over it.

   Must be real proud of your driver on the M1 this morning cutting up a coach and then sitting on his mobile phone laughing whilst videoing the coach going past, I'll be sure this video gets to the proper authorities, regardless of if you want to take action or not.

   Truck driver used my private car park for turning round which is clearly signed "NOT TO BE USED BY WAGONS FOR TURNING " when confronted became aggressive and abusive!

   I had the pleasure of meeting one of your drivers this morning who had a foul mouth and anger issues, said he didn't care if he killed a child in my car amongst other things, yes it was a country lane which he shouldn't be driving on, where was i supposed to go kids walking on path to school, i had to break when he came around the corner but i was too far down the lane and cars behind me, maybe he should have waited instead of abusing me whilst i have a small child in the car whose now gone to school crying and shaking because of him.

   Horrible and shocking level of service for a company who claims to have 35 years of experience. I tell you what, a shcool pupil can design a website far better than this clumsy looking website. I booked a collection and delivery on same day bases. All written and confirmed. It did not happen on the day, chased them and was then promised delivery next day morning. Yup, you guessed it right, it did not happen again. This all I had to chase them for, no notification from them at all. The worst part from a "35" year old business was the fact they had the truck loaded and parked a few yards from destination. When speaking to them on the phone, they insisted I pay £100 more before delivery could be completed! I could not beleive my ears! They wanted cash in hand. You know what that means, tax and vat avoidance! I have it all written from them in email. Eventually load was delivered 3 days later than promised. Before you call them, think twice. It was a hassle with them. No sign of professionalism, no sense of responsibility, ethics (only if they knew what it means) etc. Save yourself a headache and avoid contacting these amateurs.
