   Boy if I could rate a minus zero star I would. Appalling Customer Service at Ketra Logistics. Try to call customer service yesterday and spoke to the customer service manager Christine, explained the situation saying that the driver called and agreed to leave the pallet - weight 200kg at the back of the shop instead of the front of the shop (exactly the same address), proof of the text and the call from the driver said all's done but the driver left the pallet at the front and went. There is no way that we can move the 200kg weighted machine from the front of the shop. I called the driver and he hung up my phone and was rude to me. Spoke to Christine, she told me that it's my problem, I need to deal with that and hung up my phone twice. She accused me that I didn't tell the driver at the beginning and changed my mind for loading at the back (Proof of texts as attached), there are lot of space at the back but she chose to listen to the driver that there weren't any space, I told me that I will escalate the issue but she hung up my phone and I rang her back, she gave me another phone number (another company) and refused to respond to me properly. Driver is not responsible and customer service is very rude and unhelpful and they are not well up to standard. Avoid this company at all costs!

   Awful experience with this IEFS Logistics. Poor customer service and on top of that, a disgruntled employee lied to and claimed we cancelled our order to ensure We do not get the delivery. This is deception. Be careful before doing business with this type of company.
