   What a phenomenal service. Today was our first time trying out a self service dog wash and I'm over the moon with our experience at Captain Dugwash. The owner was very friendly and knowledgeable, explained how the bathing system works. The system itself is so easy to use and truly gets your dog cleaner than its possible to at home. My boy has white hairy legs and a bad aim. That usually takes 4 or 5 shampoos to scrub out. In ten mins he was spotless and ready for the dryer. From start to finish it took under 20 mins for my full coated cavalier to be clean and dry. No sore back or bathroom to clean either. I highly recommend this service to all dog owners and will be back regularly.

   Amazing service! The lady who runs the shop is fantastic - so kind and really helped put our nervous senior dog (and us!) at ease for his first trip to a dog wash. She arranged a quiet time for our slot, talked us through each tool, and we were able to take our time using the facilities. 100% recommend ☺️

   We always do a self service dog wash. Everything we need is there, shampoo, conditioner, ear wipes etc. Brushes and combs etc too. Staff always very friendly and helpful. Best dog washing facilities around.
