Excellent job. Nova’s coat has greatly improved since her grooming. They advised hand stripping and it’s made a world of difference. Will definitely return.
Word of warning to the wise be cautious with this business. Reported to my Bank! Allowed us to book for same day appointment and took the £85 immediately, even before providing the service. Then sent us a message saying they couldn't do it today but moved to the 2nd April. Had I wanted to book an appointment for that date I would have. As for the customer service interaction it was exceptionally poor.
First trip for our little rescue yorkie Chase today what a difference he was all matted up and didnt like being washed or touched, came back a new boy looks great.
