Phoned Saturday morning chasing delivery and helpdesk was manned - unusual - the legend on the desk contacted the driver and gave me update in a few minutes (which I have to say I was not expecting) and pallet arrived within a few minutes of when he said. London weekend deliveries are always a bit hit or miss but I have to say 'top draw'. Thanks
