   It has been 50 days since I handed over my boxes to be shipped to Bangladesh, and there is still no update. I have no idea when my family will receive them. Two weeks ago, we received a call from Bangladesh saying the boxes would arrive soon, yet still nothing. This company clearly has no respect for customers. They make false promises, cause unnecessary stress, and have completely stopped responding. Absolutely unacceptable. I will never use this company again. Truly disgusting service.

   Vary late service when I call so many promises made but my goods never delivered 2 week was promised but it’s delivered 6 week later with damage and stolen so many item from my package I am vary disappointed never ever use general cargo again ????

   Service was good before, now a days their service is very bad. Send some cargo to Sreemangal and all those was food & cloths. Most of the packet was bite by mouses. Complained , they said will send a complaint form, but they didn’t,. Poor customer service Feel out the complaint form& emailed them. They did not respond. Very bad service. They don’t bother about customers emotions.I will never recommend this service again.

   Worst service ever. I booked parcel to collect from home and deliver to the head office. General cargo booked the collection paying extra charge and without explaining the terms and condition. After that they lost the parcel. When I rang them to check where is my parcel they just ignored me for 2 weeks then i rang the owner to speak he said you won't get any refund completely ignoring the situation and lying saying that they will sort it out, he will contact me to do the claim for the lost parcel. He never did anything it has been past almost 2 months now. I contacted them more than 10 times and politely I asked them to help me no answers was given. I have lost all the money for the parcel and the items inside. They don't bother about it at all. Be careful they are big liar and don't use the company. Poor service from the owner (Mithu) and the store manager (Emdad) just void to speak with them. DISASTER SERVICE AND STAFF MANAGER. NOT RELIABLE AT ALL
