   If I can give him zero star… I’ll Very very unprofessional and the more he grows the worse he gets. He’ll never pick your call and claim he was at the airport Sent goods from Nigeria which was supposed to take 10 working days, this is the 22nd day and I’ve not received my items. I’ve called this guy for 1 week straight no response. He said parcelforce didn’t pick up my items on Wednesday, he didn’t call or text to inform me, I called on Wednesday, Thursday and Friday still no response. He made no alternative on those days to send my items by another courier… because it doesn’t matter to him. But he traveled on holiday still not sorting out my goods I drove down to London his coworker did not show up for me to pick my items, wasted fuel and time and they’re unapologetic about it. If you work with him you work with him at your own peril.

   I wish I had read the review I’m seeing here before I patronise this guy all the way from Instagram without referral, this guy is so unprofessional, rude is an understatement he’s very proud and his services are very wack, he talks to you anyhow and he believes since you are not feeding him he can’t be polite to you, the funniest part is you don’t have to be the first person to provoke him, he will provoke you first and insult life out of you. I wish I could munch our chat and post it on here. GbXpress cargo guy you need to work on yourself.

   I beg to differ from the comment here. Talking about how rude the customer was forgetting that it’s as a result of the poor service received. Zero knowledge on how to run a business especially when it comes to communicating with frustrated customers. I would give zero stars but I have to “donate” a star to comment. Ps. Refund my money and send the parcel back.

   The smartest XPress cargo. They are so meticulous. GBXpress Cargo is not just about the money. They actually care about the content you sending and the safe delivery. Good sense of communication before and after service. My BETA T-Shirt Heat Press was collected in absentia from west Africa and exported to the UK Unscratched. Delivered to Uk door in create. Really value for money. Good staff excellent logistics and on time as well.
