They are so nice easy to explain what you want my baby comes out exactly perfectly done they way I want him to look also he jumps in absolutely no fuss loves it.    Arlene has been grooming my very anxious rescue westie for about 2 years now after we were referred to her by the animal behaviourist who was helping me with his behaviour. Fergus had been in a great deal of pain due to an undiagnosed spinal condition and could hardly be touched. Once we had his pain under control we slowly began the process of grooming him. Arlene is kind, patient and absolutely brilliant with him - she is a natural with dogs and Fergus just loves her. She took the time to get to know Fergus and never pushed him too far. Now, we have reached the stage where he is being fully groomed on a regular basis and as well as looking fantastic he is so much more comfortable as a result. This is all down to Arlene’s skill as a groomer and her kind and respectful attitude towards animals. She earned Fergus’s trust and he is now happy to go for his haircut. Arlene is a star and I cannot rate her highly enough.

   I turned up outta the blue, with my Dog who was needing her claws snipped, and a wee trim. The Shop was Fully booked for short back and sides until January, but they trimmed the problem claws there and then. A 1st class service. And it explains why they're fully booked. Thanks Girls

   Fantastic dog grooming salon. Arlene is great with my fidgety, barking westie - Archie. Arlene must have the patience of a saint & the result is terrific. The journey for me is a round trip of 30 miles, but definitely worth it !!

   Came in today (Sat) with my two dogs, my girl was very nervous about staying after a bad experience with a different grooming company so I was nervous for her. After a call I picked them up and they were absolutely gorgeous, but best of all I could see that my lovely girl was so happy. Thanks ladies, we'll see you soon. Xxx
