   Unfortunately having to leave a 1 star , should be minus. Used Online many time, good as gold untill now, got bought out or shifted to another company. Needed a pallet collected, was told need 24 hr notice, so arranged to give notice, called to confirm collection, was told 3-5. As collection from home address, the booked collection was confirmed and pallett packed and wrapped up. Now at 5 PM Josh calls says truck broke down, typical excuse not to collect. Asked send another driver even if late, still refused saying if send another driver another pallet be canceled, As this was not their own sales order they did not care Having done checks, found out driver did not want to collect and wanted to go" back to depot and GO HOME" What horrific service, the could have sent another driver even late but just making convenient excuses Called back and Josh was being rude and using foul language, really since company changed hands this service is horrific. Really needs training in customer service. Honestly is the best way forward, lying - truth comes out. Now have to strip pallet down and re pack again. To be told at 5 pm can not collect, they should know earlier and reschedule their plans. Being raised as official complaint thru network and to directors tomorow. Terrible service from Josh with foul language and driver refusing to do their job and collect.

   I would not use this transportation company as they take short cuts (literally) through single track roads with no heavy vehicles signage. This is destroying the roads and fencing in the area as the long vehicle is too long to navigate the bends. The bridge over the brook has also had to be repaired by Cheshire East Council at significant cost. Seen today (06.03.2024) on Golborne Lane, High Legh driving at close to the national speed limit to avoid being spotted.

   Was recently involved in a car accident where one of there lorries side swiped my car on the m25. Bless the driver for calling it through strait away but when I Spoke to a gentleman called rey who is office based he told me he would be happy to make a settlement out of court. Left me all weekend then changes his mind and told to take it through insurance. Mental anguish is a nice way to put it, very nasty person to deal with.

   Former employee. It is what it is. Low end wages, dirty place stuck in the 70s. Most staff are ok, some real nice and a good laugh. Some been here too long and got that I can't give a s--t attitude mainly in the front office. They will try and take the pee with routes but just slow down as your bonus for doing well is more work. 2:45 being sent for 4 deliveries in Central London on a Friday when you finish at 5 was the end for me. After leaving this review I've started to get take away deliveries sent to my house. My address could have only come from this office. Sad sad pathetic little boys.

   Unfortunately I had the misfortune of dealing with this company. My goods never arrived after making appointment, trying to reorganize I came across extremely unhelpful and rood personnel. I would not recommend.
