   Hi had my dog here and not pleased with the service because my dog had nipped Her, and said it would cost me more the next time if she had to put a muzzle on him.    My wee one was getting a bit scruffy so I thought I would have a go with these new groomers. Everything went well until they called me and told me my dog was ready. I told them I was in the middle of cooking and would be over in 30 minutes. She told me “ Oh... we are really busy..will have to charge you extra for that”. So I dropped everything and rushed over. When I got there the two staff were having a chat break and the place was totally empty except for my wee one. Friendly advice to owner. You just started this business. If you want to build up a loyal client base begin by treating your customer with the respect they deserve. As for me I am taking my business elsewhere.

   Very pleased with service. Kim is very sweet. Shop sells alot of designer dogwear some may think its expensive but your pouch would definitely get wear out the clothes. Good stitching and good quality clothing, coats are warm for winter and last a long time.
