Helen was fantastic with my very nervous furbaby and went over and above to accommodate us fantastic groomers
Terrible attitude!! Customer service nonexistent, told that my dog was not allowed back as he “jumped about too much”. Also told to take him to the vet for a sedative for next groom!!! I thought this would be part of training for dog grooming. Also fair enough if you don’t want him back, however the way you say things matter. Would not recommend to anyone.
Fantastic service from start to finish. First visit with my shih tzu and have made a return 2nd appointment as i was so pleased with Helen and her team . You will be leaving your dog in very safe hands here
This place is fab! The girls genuinely care and always do a grand job! My dog is always nervous wreck going in but they always look after her and so good with her. Definitely recommend. Open late now too most days!
Just picked up my westie pup who was in for her first ever full groom, my pup went to the girls no bother was seemed so settled with them. The girls have done a great job of her which would not of been easy! Thank again girls & I apologise for the work she must of gave you lol. Would recommend to anyone.
Best groomer we have used in a long time, Helen was very patient with my two old boys who are very nervous and skittish. I needn't have worried because this is the best groom they've had, Helen is the Dog Whisperer lol, Alfie and Rudy don't take to everybody but were more at ease with Helen than with other groomers we have used in the past. Definitely in my opinion the best Groomer in Renfrewshire with great prices too, very happy at the service we received from Dogtailz. Will get them booked in for their Blueberry facials and a bit of pampering soon. Keep up the good work x
