I have placed a few small orders with this company and they have always been among the cheapest. Updates via email are prompt and delivery has also been quick.
Advertised order with DPD next day delivery, confirmed by checkout selection and order conformation, only reason for ordering from them over competitor. When questioned where the order was, several days later, they rather arrogantly and sarcasticly, totally oblivious to any wrong doing, infomed me it was sent via slower RM service instead, because it was a small item, how that matters I don't know. Definitely a seller to avoid, all items easily purchased elsewhere anyway.
