   One of their staff whilst I was picking up my dogs poo. Almost ran me over and was verbally abusive. I can only describe him as a short fat white man wearing a flat cap. With a face that looked like it had been punched senseless- no surprise given his attitude. If this is the type of person you employ I'm amazed your rating isn't far far less than it is. He drove off so fast I only managed to catch the first four digits of his white Ford transit KM68. God help your business and those that rely on it for their livelihoods...

   On the 3rd of February 2022, the driver of this delivery vehicle sped up and cut in front of me at the Bow roundabout off the A12, forcing me to slam on my brakes to avoid an accident. If this driver, and the state of the dirty vehicle is a representation of this company, then to me, this is a company to avoid.

   Absolutely ridiculous, the driver dumped the delivery outside our house and refused to move it, leaving my other half to lift is upstairs on her own. I'd previously phoned the company to confirm the driver would lift the package upstairs due to my other half's bad back; but this was dis-regarded. Would never use again, the service is a lie.

   Never seen such an impolite, rude and load delivery man. I received a delivery today at 14th of June 2017 and the driver dumped the parcel on the pavement and didn't even help me to carry it to the front door. The parcel was so heavy and I asked him to wait for me to go in and get my keys at least. He said his job was done and he has done me a favour to put the parcel on the pedestrian road as his job is to drive to my place and I should have took the parcel out of truck by myself!!! I've never heard of such a ridiculous statement. He didnt even wait for me to get my keys from inside, I had to leave the parcel unattended on the pavement to get my key. Thankfully we are fitting a new kitchen and the kitchen installers helped me with my parcel, otherwise, I couldn't get the parcel in and had to wait for my husband to come home in 6 hours time. Really disappointed about this service.
