   My two dogs were beautifully groomed. This groomer also cleans the teeth of your beloved dog. The groomers made sure they had my contact details, asked me if vaccinations were up to date, how I would like my dogs groomed. I can definitely recommend them. Parking outside is hit or miss. Across the road is a large co-op, plenty of parking there to drop off and perhaps, do a bit of shopping at the same time.

   We have been with Kayleigh and her team for years. Lucca gets an amazing trim each time we visit. Golden retrievers have plenty of fluff and K9 are the best for grooming and general care when we visit. Great service and reliability can’t recommend them enough. Thanks

   I haven't taken care of my puppy for 3 months due to illness. Today I brought him to K9, who is 10 months old, and paid £62. Maybe today is Sunday and it's almost time to finish work. My poor child was cut like this by them. Even if it is tangled, it can't hurt my child. This quick 1 hour has a very bad psychological impact on my puppy. If you are busy, you can't treat it well. Very poor service. The biggest problem with this company is how big of a problem the dog's hair is. If the treatment will hurt the dog's mind and body, it should be stopped immediately. They did not tell the dog owner that it hurt him when cutting his hair. It is very unprofessional and dishonest.

   Due to a mix up I was 20 minutes late for an appointment. It was a genuine mistake and K9 would not take my dog or allow the deposit paid to be carried on to another date. While I appreciate that this is a small business some consideration should have been made for a genuine mix up. Wouldn’t recommend and certainly will never use

   I have a very nervous pup and so was recommended to try k9 klips for his first visit to a groomers. I can easily see why. Fiona was absolutely fantastic with him. Allowed him time to settle and he trusted her enough for a groom. I cannot thank her enough for her patience and kindness towards him. It makes all the difference. I really cannot recommend this place highly enough. I had every faith in their abilities with my boy.

   Our girl absolutely loves coming for her groom. Fiona is so attentive to her and she takes lots of time to ensure that dogs are happy and settled. She always does a lovely job and the de-shed is a godsend for our Husky! We especially love the bandanas and photos taken against the backdrop. We would never go anywhere else.

   I cannot recommend Fiona highly enough. Professional, friendly and her attention to detail is second to none - everyone always comments how nice my dog's haircuts are, and always ask where we get them done! Trust her completely with both my dogs. My eldest is somewhat nervous when it comes to haircuts, but Fiona has so much patience with her - they always coming out smelling, and looking fabulous! Wouldn't go anywhere else.
