   Hi David I called up just now to make a serious complain with one of your drivers. Number plate EK73 FKT fleet number I presume is KO27. And his driving wow is atrocious he was tailgating car including myself and a woman infront of me which both cars had kids. He so so close to me number I couldn’t see his lights nor number plate. Now bare in like he’s in a 45ton lorry and I’m in a little hatchback. It happened on the a216 leading onto the a13. If you have a dash cam which I think you would have for safety I highly recommend you review it as you will be shocked. It was around 11am today that this occurred. With the tailgating and excessive speeding on the A13 he is not setting a good example for your transporting company as a professional driver. And when I finally got his attention he proceeded to give me the middle finger.

   The removers worked so hard in 30 degrees heat - they were very polite , were careful with all the belongings , made us laugh a lot on a stressful day and nothing was too much trouble and when some of the furniture wasn’t gonna fit they took it with them and arranged storage -absolutely brilliant

   Awful Company. Avoid at all cost. Dropped a brand new vending machine and completely ruined it. They are now saying we might not be reimbursed because they used a third party and they need to go through a claims process and we might only be compensated for a fraction of the value of the machine. Two weeks later they badly damaged another machine when moving it. Terrible attitude and communication. Directors fail to engage. Do yourself a favour and find a different transport Company.

   Broke my child's bunk bed and bookcase when reassembling it. Put the mattress on and left after getting me to sign the paperwork so I didn't find out it was unsafe until months later.

   Absolutely disgusting behaviour shown from whoever was driving this lorry on the 20th Oct 2023. This chap decided to block the entrance to a busy garage where they are multiple buisnesses when someone told him he is blocking the road he comes out swearing and shouting, then decides to get unloaded while he his obstructing traffic from both sides.. very poor attitude and lack of knowledge from your driver.

   Collected out of here today, office staff didn’t even speak to me. Stood at the window for a solid 15 minutes, tried ringing the bell but I just got ignored as they chatted among themselves. The warehouse staff are the only reason I gave this 2 stars because they were good as gold. In the end the warehouse staff actually had to sort out my query as the office staff wouldn’t acknowledge me. Would love to know how you treat your own drivers. Terrible service, must be a nice job for the office staff though I guess, just standing around chatting to each other rather than doing their job.

   Someone from King's came out to estimate the job, including the contents of our garden shed. When moving day came, the removal men said the estimate hadn't included the contents of the shed, which would result in 2 runs being required. When we firmly stated that we had shown the estimator the shed and that he'd included it, they begrudgingly accepted it, but decided to take it out on us by being very rough with the handling of our belongings, resulting in various items being damaged and some of the decorations in the new house being damaged, simply because the job was taking them longer than they hoped. Utterly reprehensible service that I would not recommend to anyone.

   Kings Transport could not have been more helpful when I wasn't in to receive a pallet delivery. They contacted the delivery driver and informed me that I could collect as soon as the truck arrived back at the depot. When I arrived at 7pm they had all the email and details written down and ready , then walked me outside to find my delivery and assisted with lifting the 80kg item into my vehicle. Absolutely fantastic help and service.

   Never use this company. They don't supply what they invoice you for and ask for proforma payment. My invoice stated, and I quote "Invoice for labour over 2 days based on 5 men each day 20/21 December 2018" . I had 4 turn up on the first day and none on the second...until I got on the blower and they pulled 2 guys off another job and they were there for 4 hours. All equates to 5 men for 1 day! Don't trust director Martin King of Kings Transport Services Ltd, he won't take ultimate responsibility for his company..."I was out of the country on holiday". Jim the main guy who came to run the labour, he was a good guy, no reflection on his work. Thanks Jim.
