   I was told it cost £4.80 per kg to ship. Then my item got weighed and it turned out to be 3.6kg. The attendant said ‘well it has to be a minimum of 10kg’ which I was fine with the item being rounded up that way as I really needed to ship it. She then said she’d call her manager who was away from the store. The manager asked what it was and was told it’s a laptop, she immediately said £100. I was wowed at how the cost changed 3 times within the space of minutes. Please look for somewhere else as I don’t trust that they have a standard of doing things here and will try to get the most out of you without justification.

   Zero stars if that was possible. Terrible customer service, misplaced goods, no refund, no accountability, phone lines are unreachable. I do not recommend this business or any unprofessional service associated with them. Beware of shoddy practices

   Avoid them by all means. They will misplace your goods , ask you for quote estimated cost and claim to work on a refund.
