Joanne is very professional and welcoming. my friends all take their dogs there. She is very busy so book in advance nice salon inside too.
Absolutely love taking my 2 dogs to gorgeous groomers (Pomeranian & Shih Tzu) it’s such a pleasure they always come home beautiful. Their hair cut is perfect and they smell gorgeous. My Pom can be a little tricky so I’m so grateful to find such an amazing groomer. The salon is beautiful inside and so clean and Joanne is always really kind. We always get compliments on how beautiful the dogs coats are. It’s very good value for money considering how fab the service is. 5*
100% recommend my puppy left here fully groomed today and very happy she looks amazing Joanne groomed her exactly how I explained and she looks and smells amazing I have 2 more dogs which I will definitely be bringing for full grooms actually so happy ive tried for 2 years to get someone to cut my dogs without totally buzz cutting them so I'm over the moon to have found Joanne someone who listens to details and truly cares for the dog aswell thanks so much and don't hesitate to book honestly you won't regret it
Iam so delighted Joeann is back from Australia I always went to her when she worked from the pet shop in Newmains ( her dad's shop). Excellent groomer and lovely way with your pet very important to me.
