Driving down the North Circular today in NW London and the driver thinks it is acceptable to do 50MPH in a 40MPH Zone. This is not my complaint, my complaint is the fact this lorry almost rammed me off the road was absolutely unsafe to the driver, my self and other drivers on the road. I first thought it was a mistake until the driver kept swerving into my lane (on a straight road!!) The number plate of this driver was EF62 ETJ 8:30 on 08 Sept 2016.
