Please do not use this company. Booked and cancelled a shipment 3 months later still waiting for full refund. James seems like the nicest guy but is just skilled in the art of the stall. I am so happy we cancelled no doubt we would have never seen our cargo at its final destination.
Stay away from these clowns, they are liars, bill for extras not supplied, and make excuses continually. it took them almost a year to fail to ship my car from Southampton UK to Canada. There were several promises to ship it and each time it was some excuse why they failed. on the final attempt they took the car to the port and called saying the car was dirty so the port refused it. They needed a few hundred pounds to clean it. when i reminded them that they had already charged me for cleaning, they changed their story. They then said it was full of personal items. They couldn’t dispose of them and had to return ship the personal items to Stevenage, of course for a few hundred extra quid. I then told them to put the car on the ship and quit lying. I didn’t realize it was already on the ship. They had the car removed from the ship and abandoned it at the port. This meant they missed the ship again. WWL solutions then offered to ship the car for about half of what Transglobalforwarding (TGF) had charged. I approved the contract and it was on the next ship just 2 weeks later. I paid TGF with PayPal originally and opened a complaint against TGF. They didn’t even respond to PayPals inquiry and PayPal refunded my full payment made to TGF. Crooks, con artists, liars , they managed to be all three in one. please note: Apparently there are three Transglobal shipping companies. the largest one has the US military contract. So don’t make the mistake i did and confuse them. FYI James Mulini is the smooth and slippery weasel who “serviced) my account. He may change his name or the company name . they list dagenham as the office address. BEWARE!!!!!
Please do not trust this company with your money. Read the other reviews before you engage with this company. I made the mistake of not reading the reviews of this company prior to dealing with them. They took my £850 payment and assured me that they would arrange shipping. Not only did they fail to arrange the shipping, which meant I had to rearrange my flights... but they then proceeded to withold my refund. I am so fortunate that paypal refunded my money otherwise I don't believe this company had any intention of paying me back. Steer clear.
Absolute disgrace . They are scammers and will not deliver as they promise. I used this company to ship my container to East-Africa about Jan 2022. Paid for the costs of the container and shipping costs etc Money paid to their bank account. Unfortunately they rented the container , they did not buy the container as promised. Once goods are out of UK - they don't make follow-up and make fake promises. I spoke to their agent Called James Mulini . He is useless and will swindle your money. DONT USE THIS COMPANY . I have sought legal action. Taken to court, did not attend and court Judgement been actioned against this company. But it appears that they have more than one address so as fraudsters they have a way of avoiding such legal systems. Use at your own risk. Don't recommend at all.
Scam company who steal your money, i have a county court judgement against them and they still wont respond. loaded my car on the ship but they didn't pay the shipping company or take out the insurance causing me to pay again on recipient of the car in Kenya. I have reported them to the police for fraud.
