When calling to sort out my delivery the lady on the phone was terribly rude telling me she ‘can’t deal with me’ if you are going to be a customer advisor I suggest you learn how to talk to your customers first and not to hang up the phone when the conversation hasn’t ended.

Was waiting for costumes for our show and paid for one day delivery not to receive it then to be told it was dumped in Birmingham. Now we have nothing to put on. Was told they dont deliver on the good Friday or weekend or bank holiday Monday. and still not received the call back that I was promised. I cant even get anyone. Its shocking service and now the show will be cancelled if we do not get the costumes. Also we will lose thousands of pounds so who is going to compensate us. It caused no amount of stress. I cant even go to Birmingham to pick up as wasn't told why or how it was dumped or told the address Promised a call back never got one. Still not got call back, and now kept on hold for over 60 mins so hung up and I am now writing out this review. as dont know what to do.

Shocking service. Waited 30min for call to be answered before giving up. Will go collect from depot and complete their job for them. STAY CLEAR
Rude on the phone, very unhelpful & as of this moment in time I am still waiting for a package that was meant to of been delivered 2 days a go! Stay well clear of this company!
