   I wanted to provide some feedback on CCT operations. We at Deva are very pleased to be working with Veronica. She handles pressure exceptionally well and is quick to resolve any issues that arise. Phil is collaborating closely with her on the UK delivery side, and everything is progressing smoothly. Even if there is a problem with a haulier, an unexpected delay, or pallets end up at the wrong location, the way she deals with these issues is very professional. I work with her on the freight booking stage, and I have no complaints. She is knowledgeable, responds promptly, and goes out of her way to accommodate our needs. We have a lot of bookings where, on many occasions, there are last-minute changes, additions. She addresses each issue thoroughly, demonstrating a complete understanding of every booking. Additionally, your tracking website is very well maintained. I can easily access all the necessary information shortly after each booking, allowing me to update our customers weekly. This reliability sets it apart from the pages we use with other forwarders. I appreciate your work with the offered rates and your quick responses when needed, as well as your freight expertise.

   We have been using CCT Worldwide for over 8 years having used 2 other companies before that. They are a family run concern and it really feels like that in the service levels we have received. Nothing is too much trouble and they have a fantastic growing team who all have hugely in-depth knowledge and incredible problem solving skills. Pricing is competitive and access to live information is great. I wouldn't hestiate in recommending them to any company of any size.

   They initially approached us to see if we could assign them freight services in which we agreed to try once. There were lots of assurances and promises by their agent whom we spoke. Once the sea freight was assigned to them, we experienced lots of multiple repeated communications from different people who somehow were handling the job. It seemed there was no communication between their departments and everyone was seeking same information directly from us. It wasted a lot of our time. Later on we realised those promises of bill settlement after delivery, were not true. The agent disappeared and we could not reach him. The way they handled the job was very unprofessional and impolite. They also failed to send us hard copies of their invoices so far claiming they never send any! So all in all we would never recommend them in any aspect.
