   Customer service is terrible for the fees you pay. No yearly review to discuss your needs. I joined when I was 28 with the same goals I have now and when I questioned a number of issues at the age of 32 was told that at my young age maybe my needs had changed. So queried that I had been mis sold if at a younger age the advice I was given was wrong. They were unable to estimate my cumulative costs, something that all banks do on their websites for free.

He was completely in tune with our requirements and never let us down. Our needs were always given prominence and his advice was well informed and accurate.
