Helpful staff
There is another courier company of the exact same name, which is confusing. Called this one, not knowing this and not knowing that the number Google gave me was for a different business. The person on the other line was extremely rude and mocked me when I didn't understand why the person I was calling for wasn't there (i.e. not knowing there were two Direct Link couriers). Tried getting more information, in case I had the wrong place, but was just brushed off. The person I was trying to contact had an Arabic name, which he also chose to mock, so there's good old fashioned racism going for them as well. Will avoid.
