The worst experience I've had with this clinic a few minutes ago. I called the receptionist to schedule an appointment with the dentist. She told me that they only had private dentists and that if they went to the NHS, it would take more than four weeks to see me. I urgently needed to go to the dentist. I told her that I would pay the private dentist. She was rude and said, "You have to pay now for your phone. How do you mean you have to pay now for your phone?" How can people talk to their customers like that? It's rude. How can this person still work in this environment? I asked her, "I'm registering with the dentist, and how can you say that I have to pay now? How does that work? Can you email me the bank details?" She said, "No, I can't send them. Do you have to pay now?" What kind of person works in an environment like that. The worst experience I've had in this place. The worst experience I've had in this place and I don't recommend it to anyone.
