   The courier from this company delivering our very expensive wine fridge was one of the worst experiences we have ever had with deliveries. The driver refused to drive into the designated delivery area of our complex, because there was no height indication despite the delivery area being designed for artic lorries due to the brewery onsite! Then the driver pulled over on double red lines on the road (illegally parked) and put the fridge on the tail lift, stood in the back of the lorry and as the tail lift hit the road the fridge started to topple forwards onto the side labelled glass front, but fortunately my wife and I caught it. Had we not been there the driver would have simply let the fridge topple over onto the glass front as he had zero care for the fridge. He then started to swear at us and be very rude because a police car pulled over and started writing him a ticket, because he was parked illegally in a no stop area.

   This company has been very good to us for a year. shipping up and down but the customer service was excellent. in 2021 unfortunately nothing like that. customer service zero level. absolute ignorance and even lies is all they offer and we experience. i have just wander why??? we all know they are busy and in new unknown water but the way they handle customer absolutely unacceptable

   Two white male liars. Ask them to wait while I unload the pallet. One pretend agree and the other got me signed the paperwork. And drive away without taking the empty pallet. I was nice to offer them drinks. But they just left without any help and didn’t wait for the empty pallet at all. Poor service. Good lairs. Shouldn’t being nice to them at all and should not sign off until they took the pallet. These two jokers represent a global company. Really tells the story of the company

   Unreliable company who quoted me, accepted my shipment order then phoned days before collection to cancel. Don't risk being let down by these cowboys. I have been left with my plans in tatters by their unprofessionalism.
