   Had multiple notifications from Evri and the company I ordered from informing me my parcel had been delivered and was ready to collect from HT Food & Wine. However, when I went to collect HT Food & Wine insisted they did not have my parcel. I phoned the customer service dept. of the company I ordered from who tried phoning the HT Food & Wine shop while I held on the phone. The lady came back to me saying she had called the shop twice but they hung up on her both times. She said she would start an investigation with Evri to see who signed for my parcel when it was delivered to HT Food & Wine and to try to establish the whereabouts of my parcel. About 10 days later I received notification from the company I ordered from informing me they could not get a response from neither Evri nor HT Food & Wine and that my parcel was deemed missing and I would be issued with a refund. I’m not sure who’s at fault here, Evri or HT Food & Wine, but exactly the same thing happened to my daughter recently when she used HT Food & Wine as a collection point for her online order. I certainly won’t have anything delivered here again in future.
