   Didn't reply to my email from their 'contact us' page so I had to call. The bloke who answered in the Heathrow office was rude and less than helpful. He had no idea where the emails from the page would go so didn't want to help. I then used their live chat facility on the website and the operator asked me to retype and send the email again. She suggested (without a hint of irony) that the 'customer care' department would get in touch with me. In the end it transpired that they couldn't fulfill my request but I doubt if I would have used them anyway based on my experience with them.
