Unprofessional and appalling service. 100Kg delivery booked in for today between 8-1pm. Both my partner and I worked from home today and cleared up our calendars from meetings to make sure we could bring the pallet upstairs. We live in a flat and Dachser has confirmed to us the delivery will be left on the street (not even taken to the lift) - SHOCKING! It's now 2pm and not a single update from Dachser. Called the branch just to be told the order hasn't even left the warehouse despite being scheduled in the system and was told it will not be delivered. They have not even bothered to call me to provide an update and book a different date. I was just left here waiting for it like a clown. Worst of all, they didn't seem to care that their lack of professionalism caused such trouble to our work schedules. There is no one to blame it seems. They will continue to follow the same work ethic, where not one takes the blame, in part because the senders keep choosing their services.
this company is nothing but rubish of the rubishy rubish. never ever in my life come across so unprofesional rude arogant ignorant people like them. luck of knowladge and even misleading is they norm. to all of you out there think about twise using them. so diapointed
I am waiting for a wardrobe delivery that happens to be packet on pallet. Living in a residential area with lot of kids around and no space to store a pallet safely, I asked for the team to either take the pallet or keep it in their warehouse and deliver only the wardrobe boxes… this is 2 weeks I’m waiting for them to confirm, soon to be 3… I called and the answer was « it takes time to ask out team »… - I’m working in furniture sales and deal with clients delivery request everyday… never I have dared playing a client this way… very unsatisfied of Dascher service.
The shitiest logistics services. With rude drivers, unhelpful admin staff. Avoid using them... We're asked to jump on the truck at take your pallet otherwise taking it back to depot. Waited all day for a 8:30-5:30 delivery window for a table. It never arrived, I have called twice and emailed with no answer. Sat in all day waiting for it and now have no idea what’s going on
Avoid this company at all costs ! Had a product delivered almost 2 years ago and now being chased for my fees after them telling me it was an error of dascher themselves. The customer service is shocking as both of the people dealing with myself had left the company and an email relating to my change of address for correspondence was ignored. Now when on the phone to them I just keep getting the word ‘legal’ used and them saying they can’t do anything. As a small business owner myself I can clarify that I would not deal with my customers like this being told they had been waiting for 160 days , when I had already informed them of my address change which was in the ignored email. Now I am getting emails with regards to legal action when I contacted them in March 21 and received nothing back at all ! Really need to sort out how they operate this business as it shocking ! Looking at reviews also it looks like I am not the only person to have bad customer service.
Terrible communication. Waiting for our delivery - very hard to get hold of anyone - no e-mail communication - tracker not working. Eventually got a phone call and agreed a delviery date - they would only give a "9am to 5pm" window!! After waiting in for 5 hours, phoned the conpany to be told it isn;t going to be delivered !!!!! still waiting ....... Update - the delivery came - and when it was delivered the delivery man was great and the many parcels were all there and undamaged.
If you want any hope what so ever of talking to anyone at all about your shipment - DO NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES USE THIS COMPANY !!!!! The only person that picks up is in Sales and they will only give you the number of the person that will not pick up. Even their Northampton depot pick up straight away but can not help and advise that Dartford are SHOCKING at answering the phone. If I could do no stars I would !
Got delivered a sofa and they just drop it out of the van, "that's where our job ends". I asked for some help in bringing it to the first floor as I'm alone and the driver refused. At that point I said that I would have given him some extra money but he wanted to know the exact amount of his "tip" before saying yes or no. Worst service ever, book with someone else.
