   Very rude shopkeeper refuse to take evri return waste of a visit. I don’t know why this shop is listed on evri website. Every time coming here is a refuser they are not willing to take any returns.

   I must have gone to this shop only twice and both times both the lady and man are so rude. Never ever going there again. They don't understand that customers are putting food on their table!

   I had a horrendous experience at this shop today while returning my evri parcel. The lady at the till was extremely rude. The printer is tucked away out of sight at the end in the shop and I had to ask the lady twice where the printer is as I couldn’t find it the first time. The second time she looked at me and said ‘where do you think the printer is?’ and laughed at me. When I told her that she should not be rude, she started arguing with me. She then threatened me that she would not take my parcel. I am now worried that my parcel will not be returned and I have complained to evri. Stay away from this shop if you are someone who expects good customer service.

   A terrible shop with awful customer service: they advertise as taking parcels until 9pm, when I turned up, the owner said they shut at 7pm - all the while not giving me any eye contact. Serves me right for trying a different shop Vs my usual in Marlborough Parade, who are excellent

   Dreadful dreadful attitude, please do not use this clown as a delivery drop off point stood in line listening to the shop worker telling another customer how much he hates evri and cannot wait to get rid of their service, he was impolite, rude condescending and I will never step foot in that so called convenient shop ever again. Vile.
