Worst place to send your packages, after a week and a half no tracking updates they lost my package using that Evri store and they say that I need to claim EBay for my compensation and when I contact EBay they say that Evri lost the package they have to take responsibility, worst service ever!
would be amazing to actually receive my parcel, or actually get through to a human. been over a week and they havent contacted me back. both me and the sender contacted them with no response
The worst parcel delivery in the UK. I could not even get in touch with them. Kept getting automated msgs. There is no one to speak with. lies lies and lies when you type your tracking number. This company should be closed, complete waste of time.
The worst company. Had very bad experience with them. Luckily PayPal delt with them.
I just returned a couple of Hermes parcels here and the assistant couldn't have been more helpful so it seems they've sorted the issue :-)
worst customer service I've ever experienced, guy who works there could not be bothered to move from behind the till nor to explain how to return a parcel, all he managed to do was point the finger to the scanner- how rude! Would not recommend this place at all.
