   Absolutely appalling courier service, even more so than the many other badly run courier companies in the UK. The drivers, for some illogical reason, left my large parcel in a communal hallway despite it not being a secure location and despite their own website saying they will redeliver if a customer is not in. My parcel has been tampered with as a result and I have to go through the inconvenience of pursuing remedial action. I will actively avoid any company that uses Tuffnells to deliver items because clearly their employees don’t have any common sense and cannot follow basic instructions.

   Failed to collect my package on many occasions. No apology offered . Instead spread out time in the week to suit them. They had both mobile and landline but used neither.

   Horrible delivery service ! I am absolutely disgusted by the service and the drivers professionalism today on the 1/2/23 I had a delivery which I received 3 minutes later at 3:05pm I heard a crash in my driveway the van had backed into my driveway wall and I heard the driver drive off! I am so upset and annoyed at this company I don’t think anyone should be using them ever again.

   Shocking. Parcels not delivered to address, nor signature sought at any juncture. Seemingly dumped on the street. Only recovered 1 of 3 parcels, thanks to neighbour bringing to my address after finding it in the middle of the pavement down the street. They should be ashamed. My order was worth over £500, but, thanks to Tuffnell's ineptitude, I have no idea where the 2 remaining parcels may be.

   Shouldn’t even receive one star! Apparently my granddaughters mattress was delivered?!! It was delivered to wrong address and now she has no bed to sleep on and no way to find out where my mattress is. Absolutely shocking and disgusting. My daughter waited in all day and disposed of old mattress. So angry!!!!

   Very helpful staff. I ordered a heavy duty mattress for our exhibition last minute. Instead of waiting for it to be delivered, I decided to come to tuffnells warehouse to pick it up. The rug was in a 4m long roll, and weighs about 50kg. It was impossible to fit in my car. Luckily The traffic manager and other staff helped me fold it and managed to load it in my car. I want to express my gratitude for their help and kindness.

   Its Monday 23rd May 2022 and we are on call since 50+ mins.. no one pick up the call. We are business customer with them. This is appealing service .. we now try to get different courier..

   One star to the driver who was nice however the company needs a total remake! Started at pick up driver sickness unable to pick up. Next day picked up delivered to wrong depot. Another day delayed! Throughout the dismal experience, there was no notification of what Tuffnells was suppose or not to be doing! After many calls just ringing out I finally got through to what quite frankly was lack of customer service. I had the builder wait 2 whole days for nothing. The third day I had to drop what I was doing and be there for the delivery as the builder couldn't do it. Lost time and money with this one! The items arrived with all the protective plastic stripped off and the item was soiled on the outside! I WILL NEVER USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN!!
