   Worst service I ever had my parcel was in warehouse and on tracking they was showing it’s delivered and i was checking the camera’s and when i called they was saying your parcel will deliverd tomorrow still it didn’t arrive and at last i went to in warehouse then i got my parcel . Never trust them

   Worst ever courier services. They are bloody cheaters. Few days back I asked this service to deliver my parcel to a different address for which they asked me to pay extra and I paid the amount but it still got delivered to the previous address. I have sent them all the details before hand still they made such a mistake. Also after telling them and showing them the proof that they had delivered it to the wrong address, they didn't take any action and now they are not even picking up the phone. Not even replying on WhatsApp. Such a fraud courier service. "BLOODY CHEATERS"

   This is the worse company I have ever dealt with. They just cleared a big shipment for me from India. They used DPD to deliver it - DPD only delivered 14 of the 15 parcels and this morning when I was not in left the final parcel at my door. EPS say this is my fault as I was not at home - how can it be my fault that their chosen courier service leaves a parcel in broad daylight outside a house for anyone walking past to take and take it they did! I would not use their services.

   I have dealt with EPS for almost 10 years. Staff are polite and the service is fast. Their tracking system needs updating accurately... If it was maybe they wouldn't have so many calls to their office as the customer will have updated information online. Otherwise value for money is a great bonus too.
