   Absolutely terrible service! The driver didn’t even try to deliver my documents and I noticed it within 10 min since he left the building! For several hours I was begging managers to contact driver to deliver my document today since I have a flight tomorrow! The managers are terrible, the most negative expirience with customer service! They can’t reach out the driver, they can’t send him back, they can’t give me to collect from the station!!! As the results I am loosing my tickets, hotel reservation and finally losing a lot of money since it is a business trip! I think those people and the company shouldn’t be on the market!

   They delivered to me 3 times so far now, and each time I wasn't in. The notes left said to call, and upon calling I cannot speak to a person, and I'm directed back to the website! Only the company I purchased the product can communicate directly! The company said to me twice that I have to wait from 8am to 6pm!!! Then I find out that I can track the delivery, but not very well. Also I can't leave my number for the driver to call me when he's near. Please move with the times!!! I've had to ask if they can deliver to my work place, otherwise I'd never get my products. *Update* I requested a work delivery which was confirmed and then they delivered to my home again! The second time they managed to deliver to my work place along with a massive and heavy bag of washers for the company down the road in an estate. I went the next day myself to hand them their goods.

   Today was the delivery date and I was waiting since morning time and the delivery boy hasn't come yet. Disgusting I wasted my full day just because of him. No update from customer care, they don't listen to your query. Very poor rating, 1st time happened ever.

   The most terrible company in the world. I even can’t check my reference number on website. Waiting for more than 3 hours outside my home and didn’t see anything.

   Absolutely terrible! Allegedly tried to deliver each day for 25 days in a row but that is was a lie! Did not attempt to deliver once and lost the package... Shame on you FEDEX / TNT!!!

   The worst experience ever!! Saw the driver was taking quite long looking inside van for my parcel decided to go and ask he told me cannot find my parcel. After dozens of phone calls to customer office no one could tell me why shipment is showing delivered and signed by someone I don’t even recognised. Went to their depot and been told for some reason the signature has been crossed checked and they cannot explain why. Basically my parcel is lost in transit. Please do not buy their services, only you will get is a lot of stress and tears.

   Worst possible company. Have two companies and we now refuse to deal with anyone who deals with this company anymore. Numerous times deliveries turn up 2 days later than next day delivery, this was happening before the Covid 19 situation. If you are a business and need reliability then don't use this company.

   Courier company that can't find customers address... so had to collect parcell by myself... Quick correction, new excuse from TNT today! I have got nothing to collect from depot, bottles which was inside the parcel are actually smashed! And that is why they can't deliver it! 12 bottles of 54 years old wine... I do not even know how to react. Avoid this courier company if possible, use DPD or similar couriers, I never had any problems with DPD...
