   Very helpful delivery driver & staff. tried to deliver in the morning but we didn't hear the driver (bell might not be working) & so contacted them & despite planning to go to depot to collect the driver returned further to a mail from their office & delivered it 5 hours later :) Really good service can't fault it

   Absolute joke of a company, lied to my supplier saying i was the next drop after not showing for delivery and left me without produce for the weekend! On hold for 45mins for them to hang up the phone on me without answering the phone. What a farce

   Calling card left but driver failed to fill in any details. Not a problem I’ll call customer services. They rearranged delivery the following day. However never arrived no communication, contact again told to go collect from my local depot as customer services didn’t know what went wrong. Poor service

   Worst delivery company to ever exist. The customer service is absolutely nonexistent. Normally I would not bother but they deliver my medication wich I need to function. It’s impossible to get a hold of them

   Will never buy again from any company using this delivery service. Awful company. No times displayed anywhere, I was in front of the depot today ( Saturday) and there's no sign saying their depot is only open Mon to Fri from 7.30am to 7.30pm. It's not on their website, Google, etc... I had to suggest Google to edit these times hopefully it will save time for some other people. Their cusotmer service line is impossible to get through. How come the manager is in this position and don't even have an idea to put a sign outside the building with the working hours ? TOTALLY USELESS PERSON WHICH KNOWS NOTHING ABOUT CUSOTMER SERVICE!

   Does not deliver as overnight. Fresh produce was delayed by 3 days, it was improperly stores (not refrigerated), opened at the warehouse (!), and then delivered spoiled with noticeable foul smell coming from the parcels. The driver just dropped it at the door and drove off without caring. Customer service is non-existent. Avoid by all possible means. Their service is cheap for a reason, chances are you will end up paying twice.

   I was having a lot of issues with the sender of my parcel not sending it to the correct address by using two halves of my new and old addresses. However, I want to give a special mention to Hillary she was amazing, with her help we sorted the issue and hopefully will have the parcel with me by tomorrow. Something the sender couldn’t sort out in 4 days since the issue had begun. Thank you again Hillary you were a great help! Thanks, Nathan
