Magdalena honika I am this shop regular customer and I am drop off parcel and when I order my package pick up this shop I saw the some time different kind of the customer very rude and not taking big package and arguing. why complaint staff your order big package and not take because every shop limits kilo taken package . know then shop staff not taken package your are came this shop I printed label I think you are came to the shop same time you bring very high and heavy package this parcel normally any shop not taking because I am try same size parcel any shop not taking and your start bad words and very bad behavior I saw the lady she said this parcel not taking big parcel and your are start arguments.

The staff member it was a lady always is refused to hand over my parcel and spoke to me in an unacceptable and rude manner. The behaviour was unprofessional and disrespectful, leaving me very dissatisfied with the service. A shop that serves as a parcel collection point should treat customers with courtesy and assist them fairly. Based on this experience, I believe this location is not suitable for parcel collections if such behaviour continues. This is not a first time where this woman makes more trouble than anything else.

Terrible customer service. I wanted to return a EVRI package and when I walked in and said hello I got ignored by the woman and then when I said I had a EVRI return she just pointed to the back of the shop and expected me to know what to do/what she was pointing at. Then once I eventually figured out what to do I printed the label and stuck it on, then she refused to take it because it was a liquid returnβ¦ so I had to then go the another EVRI return shop up the road and do the same process and they had no issue. No idea why this woman is in a customer facing position, very rudeβ¦ I wonβt be returning

The lady shopkeeper is the rudest person Iβve met. I was trying to send my Evri parcel.. and I waited for her to finish what she was doing and asked her about sending my parcel and she told me to go to the counter which I did and when I get there she rudely tells me I havenβt scanned it which she couldβve asked me in the first place. Needs a mental health check and serious training. All this time she was on her phone talking in her own language. P.S the husband the male shopkeeper is a saint and always nice to everyone.

I am regular customer this shop counter lady very nicely talk person but other think when you got the message parcel delivered this shop but driver next day wherehouse take the package next day delivery the shop not delivered same day some customer argue the lady I saw it parcel not delivered where is the parcel but driver not delivered your are got the message earlier but driver delivered next day mostly I have to order same day not driver delivered next day delivery why not think customer

Extremely rude and unprofessional staff. Tried to collect parcel. Was wrongly advised that it was never delivered and blamed it on Evri. When challenged and proven wrong didn't have decancy to apologise. Would never use again and would advise against it.
