    Was sent next door to the coffee hub. Such a rude man serving. Blocked the doorway when I tried to enter. Odd for a coffee shop. Explained I was there to collect a parcel. I gave my name and he handed me his device to identify myself on it. This means I got to see every name on there and parcel details. He then told me to come to a big bag on the floor and started to pull out random parcels and passing them to me asking me if it was mine. Might as well have been a lucky dip! Not one please out of him or thank you. So impolite. Not sure I’d risk a coffee from there.

    Omg so rude and he didn’t even say sorry, I was waiting there and he left with no explaination, to wait or not or to leave. I told him “this is the drop point where I have to drop my parcel” he said no it ‘s not here you have tesco , high street etc. because his evri machine label didn’t work. So rude.

    This is absolutely the WORST EVRI parcel shop. The people here are so rude and unhelpful. They do not accept parcels willingly, and today they said the EVRI scanner was not working again. Previously, people have complained they they've said the printer was not working which was a lie. (Please see all the bad reviews on this "Go Local" store in Staines) @Amazon, can you please find another place for your service because this level of service is unacceptable, and if we cannot do returns easily, then we will have to stop buying from Amazon

    Tried to return an Amazon parcel here, they refused to take the item even though I had the original box and Amazon instructed that packing the damaged item was not required. Rude and offensive.
