    Asian bald man. So rude and sarcastic. Just came in to return my parcel ona. Sunday evening. And met with a rude sarcastic and blunt man. I followed the instructions and came back to the till for him to make me feel like a dumb customer that doesn’t know what she’s doing. I told him I did what it said in English clearly and he himself couldn’t communicate properly. Usually there’s a younger nice man. Somebody tell that old Asian man on how to speak to people respectfully and teach him some manners.
