This is a fraud scheme. Allegedly, the US military sends packages to women they meet on Instagram. And when the parcel arrives in Turkey they ask to pay customs duties.
My package has been taken from the Turkey and they want $5,500 to ship it. I don't understand why, when the package was already paid to ship from the location it was sent from!?!
