   Skynet london team. I was trying to call you from last one hour and there was no contact. Your company stole my parcel with dpd. The dpd is saying you have contact skynet london they cannot do anything. Now I have no idea what to do with you not picking up the call. My parcel was very important and it cost a lot of money.    It was happened only today March 24, 2025 Muraqabbat, Al Rigga the delivery man no patience to wait only few minutes he cannot wait outside he messaged 11:09am he's coming then misccall 11:14am he's outside the flat but when I check outside 11:15am he left already. Train your delivery staff proper customer service towards your clients it reflects to the brand company name. Thank you for reading my feedback.

   Worst service ever!! They are pathetic. They lost my parcel and are least bothered about it. Parcel belongs a silver ring and few clothes with my gold plated earrings. Please just don't use this logistic. Their customer service is also zero. Tomorrow is my convocation and they spoiled everything. My parcel was scheduled to deliver on Tuesday but today is Friday. They are saying that they forgot to put the label and gave the parcel to DX express. I think the whole company is drunk.

   I order goods from a company in Italy to be delivered to UK. For some reason, they use this useless company repeatedly. I'll be emailing them informing if they continue to use this company, they'll no longer be getting my customs. This company forwards parcels to Yodel to be delivered to recipient once parcel is in London. Yodel in our area is one of the worst delivery company. They lost so many parcels of mine. Skynet is a slow incompetent delivery service provider. Their website is rubbish. They don't even seem to have facility to deliver parcels and use third party. Useless rubbish.

   This is the worst courier/ delivery company I have ever come across. Their website is trash and doesn’t work half the time and their delivery takes ages. They don’t properly update the parcel locations also. If you’re on the fence about using them please don’t! There’s many other cheaper yet more reliable companies out there. -100/10

   Very bed service i brought a parcel from my home country and there were 2 boxes but i got only one box and there was food in it it's been 11 days but still i didn't get any update even i called in customer service twise but they said it is in process but not giving perfect response. Very disappointed service. I'll never suggest to anyone

   If I could give 0 stars I would, I have a parcel which was confirmed as being delivered 30th Dec still waiting 5 days later and tracking looks like it was sent from Italy to Germany where it seems to have stayed. Never will I order from the company again if they continue using this courier. Absolutely useless.

   I have been chasing with docket number for last 5 days , what a frustrating and disgusting feeling ,, they have only one update for last 4 days in transit, I finally got my consignment after long wait ,but their customer service operators are very efficient and prompt , actually it was Christmas rush and everyone wanted promptness .
