   Normally a great place to go , but a couple of weeks ago I took some impact driver bits back as they had snapped . The older of the 2 guys said they weren’t impact rated , but I showed him the box which had impact rated clearly shown on the side , the younger guy that was serving me , then piped up “ but you’ve had them some time “ without checking when they were purchased . The 2 jokers had obviously either missed their Customer Training Course or had not been paying attention . As a Trained Whitbread Customer Care Manager , I know good and bad service when I see it . I could have kicked off but that wouldn’t have been fair on the other Customers. So I complained to Toolstation Customer Services which was a waste of time telling me all the things they couldn’t do . They will respond to my post with the normal crib sheet response … but it’s Screwfix for me going forward!
