Very competative prices but on the day I visited the service was poor. Only one person serving a very indecisive customer.
Lovely staff,so helpful, walked in and as soon as we spotted the sofa we liked the staff were so nice and friendly sorted out delivery date and helped with a demo of the sofas

Normally a great place to go , but a couple of weeks ago I took some impact driver bits back as they had snapped . The older of the 2 guys said they weren’t impact rated , but I showed him the box which had impact rated clearly shown on the side , the younger guy that was serving me , then piped up “ but you’ve had them some time “ without checking when they were purchased . The 2 jokers had obviously either missed their Customer Training Course or had not been paying attention . As a Trained Whitbread Customer Care Manager , I know good and bad service when I see it . I could have kicked off but that wouldn’t have been fair on the other Customers. So I complained to Toolstation Customer Services which was a waste of time telling me all the things they couldn’t do . They will respond to my post with the normal crib sheet response … but it’s Screwfix for me going forward!

I always use the 'Click & Collect' service, to prevent a wasted journey. Ordered items are always ready for immediate collection and the staff at Chepstow are friendly, efficient and knowledgeable. Excellent overall service.
Was helped by an enthusiastic staff member today, got my order together quickly. She was extremely friendly and had a lovely South African accent. I will definitely be returning to this store when I need supplies!
