   Regular driver appears to have left or is on hols. One parcel delivered in a week with no notification. All others delayed and nothing collected. Shocking service and of course you can’t speak to a human. Updated 8th July. All parcels coming to me are now stuck with Hermes saying delayed. Something is not right. All large well known shops. Are they delayed, stolen? Never being delivered? Another week the same issue. Get texts everyday saying will deliver then it gets to the 6-8pm slot and you know there is no chance. 3 days of it so far this week. Every night I get text saying tried to deliver. Zalando supplier less interested than Hermes and just repeat everything I tell them Hermes told me.

   Hermes emailed said unable to deliver?? We are in , windows open car in drive. Obviously driver gone to wrong address. Parcel important perishable plants. Regular driver would not make this mistake.
