   I have home all day and nobody rang the Bell or knocked the door, now I have received an email saying that my parcel is being sent back to the sender. I see that the system claims that there were 3 attempts to deliver the parcel, which is not accurate. I work from home, right near the door! Maybe the delivery driver felt lazy and chose not to make anymore deliveries today, which is not my problem. I have tried calling and the live chat, all I get are repetitive bots, worst service ever!
