   Aj worldwide provide discussed service the team and manager all are uneducated first of all they try to show me fake delivery attempt and then charge me extra for reattempt then after 2 weeks the delivered and I got everything mix and everything was scattered and the walnuts were stolen.

   Such a bad experience, I paid huge money and declared before sending the parcel from India that it would be a second floor delivery with no lift access. They agreed to that and when the delivery guy came, he wasn't informed about it and he left all my parcel on the floor. The packet arrived after delay of more than 25 days, in broken pieces and above all I had paid extra money to someone else for the door step delivery. They are just here to rip off your money and making people fool. Such unprofessional behaviour. Pathetic experience, such a pain and mental stress.

   Highly Professional and amazing services by A J Worldwide. I lost my parcel due to some miscommunication provided by the receiver. When i realized that receiver didn't respond back for couple of days, i reached out to the AJ worldwide operation team to track down my parcel. I had no hope that i will get back my item back to me. However, due to their presence of mind and their customer oriented policies they helped me to get back my parcel within 3 working days. Thanks again!!

   No willing to work with their customers. Gave us 1 day option to reciece a container, but we are shut that day so they are going to charge us a fee....but they are unwilling to deliver it before as they are shut for 2 days. We have started using another company for our container shipments

   My parcel was shipped from India on 15/03/21.today 22/03 at 12:36 I returned from work and I found my parcel left at the door. Our driveway is wide open and no walls on side or covered area, item’s worth is priceless, felt very frustrated. I phoned Indian agent and complained about poor delivery service then I phoned to A.J worldwide service office in west Drayton. Lady on the phone without even asking delivery postcode or parcel tracking number she said I know which driver you are talking about when I explained everything to her!! I said it’s not professional to leave items outside the door without informing the customer, there wasn’t Any text or email regarding the delivery is being attempted today there was no information about the parcel is being left outside I told the lady I’m not happy with your customer service, she replied there’s nothing to do with the customer service please do not use this company for this career services for any of your items because drivers as well as receptionist all our careless unprofessional useless people sitting there

   It is a worst ever service. They had to send me a courier which was sent from India to Germany. They haven't even delivered it since 2 months. Moreover they have returned it to London and ask me to pay more money to send it again. I have paid enough money already and the entire details regarding address was all correct. They also dont respond well and are very irresponsible. I haven't received my courier, neither to India nor to Germany and they haven't even refunded anything. They don't even respond to the emails and calls well.
